10 MiNUTES a DAY

it completely resets the body and the brain
gives energy
clarity
take a break and hoop.
get off the computer for 10 minutes and hoop.
i'm dead series.
and you're so glad you did.
because I just did and now feel ggggggreAT and energized.
and it took very little time.
what a genius simple amazing thing.
10 minutes a day --
everyDAY
